Deep Crimson. Alluring notes of blackberry and marionberry with traces of dark chocolate, roasted oak, cedar and chestnuts. A rich opulent blackberry with a subtle hint of raspberry that leads into the layers of roasted oak and cedar. That has a long smooth, velvety yet spicy finish.

Pair with steak, burgers, bison, lamb, mushroom dishes & eggplant

Blend: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petite Verdot

Notes of cassis, dark plums, pralines and mild spices on the nose follow through to a full body with creamy tannins and texture. Plenty of creamy berries and sweet spices on the palate, with a generous, chocolatey finish.
