Aromas of raspberries, baking spice and espresso waft from the glass in this 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon. This is an opulent wine offering flavors of chocolate, cinnamon, mint, and notes of oak that linger. The texture is smooth and coats the full-bodied palate and is followed by a supple and seductive finish.
Blend: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 6% Petite Sirah, 2% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc
Flush with warmed cassis and plum reduction notes, this is inlaid with violet, cocoa, humus and singed alder accents. Generous in feel, with enough cut on the finish to match its heft. Best from 2025 through 2036.
Showing lots of cocoa, brown sugar and espresso in the aroma, this full-bodied wine oozes maple syrup and black cherries over a chalky, tannic texture that smooths out with more sipping. The concentration of black fruits is impressive.
