Deep purple-red with black hues. It is a complex and exquisite modern-style wine. The Malbec provides the freshness, the Cabernet Sauvignon its balsamic notes, the Petit Verdot the structure, and the Cabernet Franc the juiciness and lively notes. Intense aromas with ripe red and black fruit and floral notes.  Firm and juicy tannins and a long lingering. 

Ideal with red meats, especially roasted or stewed, aged, fragrant cheeses, such as Camembert, Brie, or Manchego.

Ready to drink but will develop favourably in bottle for up to 6 years.

Fresh brambly fruit and blueberries with a splash of roasted spices and grilled herbs. Juicy and dusty on the palate with a medium to full body and fresh red berry fruit. Linear and vibrant. 55% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Drink or hold.
