The 2017 Syrah Soloist from
Cachapoal was aged for 12 months
in barrels. Rich violet in hue. The
nose presents aromas of blackberry
and white pepper plus hints of wood
and flesh. Terse in feel with a slightly
rugged texture; the flow is weight-
less but juicy, an unusual but
pleasant sensation.
