Here's an unusual mix - an Oregon winery making a Pinot Gris with fruit from Washington's Horse Heaven Hills. A wisp of papaya is accented on the nose by aromas of jasmine and toasted marshmallow. There's a nice amount of juicy acidity here to back the wine's tropical trifecta of lime, pineapple and banana.
