Buy Bodega Renacer Enamore
Dark ruby red in color, Enamore offers supple aromas of ripe berries, raisin, and plums. Sensual notes of exotic spices, charcoal and chocolate are seamlessly layered with the fruit. Full bodied, rich and complex, with a long finish beautifully framed by fine-grained tannins. This is a very special wine that will surprise many wine lovers. Pair with semi soft cheese, dark chocolate, and pasta with mushroom suace.
International Wine Cellar - Jan/Feb 2009 Issue142 "Saturated medium ruby. Slightly raisiny aromas of dried fruits and licorice. On the palate, very sweet, palate-saturating dark berry flavors are lifted by bracing acidity , yet the wine's creamy texture gives it plenty of immediate sex appeal. Substantial tannins melt into the tongue on the persistent finish. This would be a terrific wine with red meat. Made from grapes dried on the vine and vinified in the Amarone style.” 89 points

Review
Wine Spectator - August 31st, 2009 Buying Guide “Shows a sweet, dried fruit style, with raisin and date hints that stay fresh, thanks to layers of crushed currant and black cherry fruit. The long, velvety finish lingers with a dash of incense. Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Bonarda.” 91 Points

Wine maker notes
Scramble the letters in AMARONE and you get ENAMORE! An exciting, innovative wine produced from a blend of Malbec, Syrah, Bonarda and Cabernet Franc uniquely dried and vinified in the Amarone style. A truly unique joint production between Allegrini (renowned Italian producer of Amarone) and Bodega Renacer. The grapes that produce Enamore are sourced from 50+ years old vines located in three distinct high-altitude vineyards from the Mendoza region in Argentina. The grapes are dried on the vines (appassimento), until they loose 1/3 of their weight. After a prolonged fermentation (both alcoholic and malolactic) the wine is aged in new French barriques for 12 months.
